The service
Vindhura provides real-time speech-to-text transcription and instant share links. We aim for high accuracy and low latency, but transcription is automated and may contain errors; do not rely on it for safety-critical or legal purposes without review.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Recording consent — your responsibility
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to record and transcribe a conversation in your jurisdiction. Some regions require all parties to consent. Do not use Vindhura to record people unlawfully.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing, and don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or others.
Minutes & payments
Transcription is prepaid in minutes at the rate shown at checkout. Only the speaker’s transcribed time is charged; viewing is free. Minute purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed; for a billing issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.
