What we collect

Account data: your email, optional display name, and a securely hashed password (or a Google sign-in). Transcripts: the text of recordings you create. Billing: your prepaid minute balance and a record of purchases (amount, minutes, payment reference) — card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us. Operational logs: minimal technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

Audio is not stored

Vindhura is transcript-first. Your microphone audio is streamed for real-time transcription and is not persisted — only the resulting transcript text is saved so you can view, share, and export it.

Transcription providers

To transcribe speech we stream audio to third-party speech-to-text providers (e.g. ElevenLabs, and optionally OpenAI or Sarvam). Provider API keys are held only on our server; they never reach your browser. These providers process audio to return text under their own terms.

Sharing & live links

When you start a recording, a share link is created. Anyone with the link can view the transcript live and after it ends — treat the link as public unless you set the session to a restricted visibility. Only the speaker is billed; viewing is free.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation and reference for each successful purchase to credit your minutes; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Retention & deletion

Transcripts are retained until you delete them or your account. You can delete individual recordings from your dashboard, or delete your entire account from Settings → Delete account, which removes your personal data and payment history. You may also set recordings to auto-delete after a chosen number of days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account. For any privacy request or question, contact us at admin@minute2sec.com.
